WHO IS IT FOR
For anyone who knows something has ended, but isn’t quite sure what begins now.
Maybe you’ve ended and outgrown a relationship, friendship, a career, a place, a version of yourself... or a life you thought you’d still be living.
You don’t need to have the answer yet.
You just need to know you can’t keep living from the same story and be willing to give what’s emerging the space to unfold.
The Next Chapter is for the space in between:
who you’ve been, and who you’re becoming.

FAQs
-
Not necessarily. You may be in the middle of a visible change, or simply feel that something in your life no longer fits. Sometimes the next chapter begins before we have language for what’s ending.
-
Not at all. Writing is one of the tools we’ll use to think, uncover and make meaning. This isn’t about writing beautifully. It’s about writing truthfully.
-
Every session is recorded. You can return to the material in your own time and continue the work without falling behind.
-
No. The Next Chapter is a coaching and self-inquiry experience. We may explore your history, patterns, desires and identity, but the work is designed around reflection, meaning-making and what you want to create next.
-
The idea is to step back and observe your life’s story from an eagle’s-eye view. Expect a mix of guided writing prompts, story mapping, mythology and archetypes, philosophy, creative exercises, and practices to carry with you between sessions. Each week reveals another piece of the story and builds upon the last.
-
As personal as feels right for you. You’ll be invited to look honestly at your own story, but you decide what you share with the group and what remains on the page.
-
Perfect. You’re not supposed to arrive with the answer. The work is about creating enough space, language and perspective for what’s next to begin revealing itself.
-
There will be prompts and practices between sessions, but this isn’t homework you need to “complete.” Give the work the time it asks of you—some weeks that may be twenty minutes, others you may want to stay with it longer.
-
Yes. If you’d prefer to move through this work 1:1, private coaching is also available.
